FIT TO BE TIED YOGA REOPENING
ACTION PLAN AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

We are very excited to welcome our students back to yoga and aerial classes. Our action plan for reopening includes safety protocols put in place to create a safe, sanitary, healing space for our students during these difficult times. 

As of 8/23/2020, we are thrilled to begin offering in-person classes, with limited class sizes and strict adherence to state safety regulations designed for the safety and peace of your practice.

Safety Protocols

  1. Maximum class size; 4 students, 1 teacher (max 5) Space configuration to maintain social distancing; all students/mats/silks minimum six feet apart. Silks and mats will be staggered.

  2. No hands-on adjustments will be offered; adjustments will be demonstrated only

  3. Pre-class health screening of employees and students (temperature will be taken digitally, questions about any symptoms will be asked - have you had a cough? Have you had a fever? Do you live with anyone who is sick or quarantined? If anyone answers affirmatively, students will be sent home.

  4. Pre- and post-class cleaning regimens; all surfaces will be disinfected pre and post class.

  5. Face-covering rules; masks must be worn at all times.

 

*HEPA air filter will be provided for maximum air quality 

 

*BYO mat, strap or tie, pillow case and blanket – no props will be offered for the safety of our students.

 

*A sanitizing station will be set up for students to use before and after class. (Mandatory!)

 

Required: teachers to hand wash with soap and warm water for a minimum of twenty (20) seconds before and after every class.
